​The problem is that you haven't had at least 3 posts in the forums approved - which sets your account to approved status to use the communication features of the forums. We do this to prevent spammers from registering and immediately spamming forum members with private messages.

Consider participating in the forums and having at least 3 posts approved, and your account will be set to approved status.  Otherwise, you can submit a support ticket to us for further assistance
